I had an Issue with extra charges in my card. I contacted Customer service to try to solve the issue. For some reason I couldnt get a refund back. But Michelle in customer service took over the case and even if I couldnt get a refund she made sure I could get benefits that agreed on so I can enjoy the service the best possible and feeling confident that the issue got solved making me feel supported by EC.
