The support term are very professional and courteous and replied to my query promptly. Although they weren’t able to offer a refund for the gold subscription, which is understandable, they did offer a complimentary extra 15 days to my gold subscription. I will likely continue using emerald chat as I find it is the best omegle alternative out there.

My account was recently banned mistakenly. Support contacted me directly as soon as they discovered the error, reversed it and apologized for the error.

The entire situation was handled professionally and I appreciate the self correction on emeralds part with zero involvement from me

– Try broader filters or toggle genres off for faster matches

– Refresh the queue if it stalls

This is a good Omegle substitute. Honestly, the only change it needs is an option to enable notifications for when friends are online, or better yet, specific friends. I met a lot of good people on here, and some of them ask me if I’ll be on the website again. Sometimes I have to find them. But without getting any notifications, this is extremely difficult. If I were a dev, I’d definitely add this. But other than that, great.
