Some bugs

Recently there’s been a few fundamental issues such as chats ending instantly but the other person still being able to text. DMs not being sent or received and membership perks such as sending pics not working.

Sorry you’ve been dealing with that! Those issues definitely shouldn’t be happening. Please reach out through our support (support@emeraldchat.com) with your account details and any screenshots/timestamps you have so we can investigate the chat, DM, and membership feature problems properly.

I recently had an issue with my subscription, but Michelle quickly provided an effective solution. I really appreciated how fast and helpful the support team was. This app is great for making genuine friends, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!

i had an issue with emails and subscriptions, i sent and email and not even 30 minutes later, Michelle from the email support replied with a solution. My subscription is being refunded within the next 3 days and i will most definitely re spend it on Emerald chat!! service is a 10/10 and i am glad i emailed instead of shrugging it off.
