Great App, a few fixes would make it perfect!
I met someone really special on this app. Ksenija, if you’re reading this, its your bugar man Gaga, I miss you, I want us to try again, I am ready to be serious, let’s reconnect!
Regarding the app, my suggestion is to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it so I can search a user by display name, I don’t know the username of the person I want to reconnect with. Also, often the messages disappear after a few minutes and I can’t type in the chat!
If you can please add the feature to search by display name, I am even ready to make a donation for this feature.
Response from Emerald Chat
Hey Gaga, thanks for sharing this. Hope Ksenija sees it!
– Display name search: noted. We’re exploring safer ways to let people find each other without compromising privacy or fueling spam. I’ve flagged your request to the team.
– Messages disappearing / can’t type: that’s not normal. Try updating your browser, disable extensions (especially ad blockers), clear cache, and switch to desktop or a different network. If it keeps happening, shoot us details (time, device, browser, any screenshots) at support@emeraldchat.com so we can squash it.
Happy that you’re having a great time at Emerald! Thanks for your support!
You could meet pretty nice people, as long ad you use appropriate tags
I’ve met several cool individuals who suited to my liking my only dislike is that obviously online people would do anything to turn something cool into completely illegal.. that’s the only downside when meeting someone nice here.
Response from Emerald Chat
