Best chat site but that isn’t saying much
All chat sites are horrible so Emerald is amazing by comparison. Youlll still see the same frustrations as other sites but there’s some improvements like having a profile. That gets people to stay longer overall.

Very helpful and swift communication
First of all I was convinced I was ripped off with my subscription, but then I decided to write to support and helpfulness and quick solving of the issue convinced me maybe I should keep that subscription. Overall honestly great communication and speed. Thanks again to Michelle and the cancellation department!

I had some issues cancelling subscription and gold membership not showing in my account, Michelle helped me resolve this issue quickly and always explaining nicely what happened. Thank you again for prompt response. I think for future it would be nice to receive email confirmation after purchasing a membership and also when cancelling one so we are aware that it went through.
