i had an issue with emails and subscriptions, i sent and email and not even 30 minutes later, Michelle from the email support replied with a solution. My subscription is being refunded within the next 3 days and i will most definitely re spend it on Emerald chat!! service is a 10/10 and i am glad i emailed instead of shrugging it off.
