Support Staff Help is Great
I was trying to contact support earlier in the day, but I could not get ahold of them. The servers were having issues, so I left a review. I am unable to find the original, but I am now leaving a new 5 star review for their customer service and quick response time. Thanks a lot!

Very fun and well designed
Just like Omegle, Emerald Chat makes it fun to meet and talk to random strangers, with the added bonus of using tags to connect over topics youâre actually interested in. But what really sets it apart is the ability to add people as friends, something Omegle never had. Back when I used Omegle, there were always those rare moments where Iâd meet someone I really clicked with, only to lose them forever if I accidentally skipped or the connection dropped. With Emerald Chat, thatâs no longer a problem. One thing I really hope they work on is the nudity problem. Iâm sure the team is already aware and working on it, but itâs still a big issue. Personally, I wouldnât mind if that kind of content stayed within the intimacy filter, thatâs what itâs there for. But when it shows up in the casual filter, it completely ruins the experience. Anyone showing that kind of content in casual chats should be banned, no exceptions.
