This is a good Omegle substitute. Honestly, the only change it needs is an option to enable notifications for when friends are online, or better yet, specific friends. I met a lot of good people on here, and some of them ask me if I’ll be on the website again. Sometimes I have to find them. But without getting any notifications, this is extremely difficult. If I were a dev, I’d definitely add this. But other than that, great.

The support of emerald chat is really fast and friendly no complicated steps of resolving or any prolonged interaction in order to get my issue resolved and thanks to michelle they helped me with the issue with ease

I thought it was going to be bad, it wasnt.
i thought the costumer service was gonna be bad or they were gonnna make me wait and not cancel my suscription but they did it and did it kinda fast, they were paying attention to my request

Good, but not perfect.
Emerald is what I wish Omegle could have been. However it’s not without its issues, you still have people using pre-recorded videos as their camera, catfishers, and unfortunately p***philes. That’s not to say it’s the fault of the developers however, you can only do so much to combat those issues
