they helped me immediately and always responded within minutes even late at might they’re amazing.

A fun experience on the website, some odd people but that is expected. I recently contacted staff to assist with my account and they responded in such a fast time.

the website works fine but there is an app outthere

surprisingly the app is not as cool as the website

i can’t see the full pfp of anyone even me, i cant get to the info of other users about their interest when in a chat i can’t mute or report,

and in the chat u need to click on the person speaking to know her/his name to reply to.

but overall I’ve met cool people on emerald and the technical support is amazing.🌹

1) Site us buggy..for example it connects with another person when you’re already in a chat with someone also disconnects abruptly…when neither of the individuals disconnected it.

2) love to include emojis in chat desktop and edit options.

3)Better UI would be good.

It’s a nice website to meet random internet strangers; the possibility of chatting anonymously, allows users to be more carefree, to judge less based on the appearances and more on the interaction itself. I’m not sure the karma system really works, I can see the reasoning but the fact that you can buy karma, united with the fact that nobody seems to care to give you positive karma but only negative karma, looks like a fallacious system that instead of rewarding people for being nice and friendly, punishes anyone who doesn’t pay.

I know I have plenty of positive interactions, people often thank me, and stay hours chatting, clearly enjoying their time, yet my karma is negative, although I never offend or be harsh with anyone. I probably get rated negatively because sometimes I refuse to talk with certain categories of people, like minors, or people who want to talk about topics I don’t like. Honestly, I’ve no idea why I receive negative karma, but this is it, and I think it would be better if it got reworked or removed.

I’m a Gold user myself, so obviously I love the website. But it doesn’t come without it’s downsides that can easily be touched up.

For instance, with Gold, there’s an option to choose only women, but 2/3 of the time it’s a guy for some reason. On top of that, the queues are longgggggg most of the time, between 1-3 minutes between each person I queue up with.

Along with that, my mutes/blocks do not stick and stay when I refresh the page. There’s a ton of black screens that I hit mute on but I still queue up with them for some reason. Don’t think it’s meant to be like that but it is.

The only other thing I can think of at the moment is that whenever a user deletes their account and has you added as a friend, I can’t go back and remove them for whatever reason, it just gives me an error message.

There is a lot of bugs but over all its a good app otherwise but I can use it till the bugs are fixed

Recently there’s been a few fundamental issues such as chats ending instantly but the other person still being able to text. DMs not being sent or received and membership perks such as sending pics not working.
