I emailed support with a very little detail on a payment issue I was having from an old account. The team responded immediately, politely requesting what details they would need to fulfill the request.

The issue was resolved much quicker than I anticipated, I had thought given I was missing some details it may be more difficult to track down my account. It was resolved within a day or so.

I appreciate the effort the team put in to resolve my problem so swiftly and commend them for their diligence.

I interacted with the support staff , they are very supportive and did the needful accordingly.

I was trying to contact support earlier in the day, but I could not get ahold of them. The servers were having issues, so I left a review. I am unable to find the original, but I am now leaving a new 5 star review for their customer service and quick response time. Thanks a lot!

great way to meet other people I love them

Just like Omegle, Emerald Chat makes it fun to meet and talk to random strangers, with the added bonus of using tags to connect over topics you’re actually interested in. But what really sets it apart is the ability to add people as friends, something Omegle never had. Back when I used Omegle, there were always those rare moments where I’d meet someone I really clicked with, only to lose them forever if I accidentally skipped or the connection dropped. With Emerald Chat, that’s no longer a problem. One thing I really hope they work on is the nudity problem. I’m sure the team is already aware and working on it, but it’s still a big issue. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if that kind of content stayed within the intimacy filter, that’s what it’s there for. But when it shows up in the casual filter, it completely ruins the experience. Anyone showing that kind of content in casual chats should be banned, no exceptions.
