Had a problem but their support had a quick response

i had troubles accessing my account to which i bought the premium to enable the filters and all since i was really looking for a genuine connection with an opposite gender. however, my account isn’t logging in. i contacted the admin and they responded immediately! great service!

I was able to connect with new people and have great conversations because we added each other as friends. The interactions I had were really enjoyable. The friend feature is really great since it allows you to stay in touch with the same people you had meaningful conversations with.

However, I think there should be more filters in place to help remove or filter out underage users and inappropriate conversations.

Michelle from Customer Support was very helpful and helped me with my account issues.

I had a very bad time when i couldnt access the app even if i bought gold membership but thanks to the staff’s efforts i regained control of my account, definitely a good-working support service!
