Good site
I was able to connect with new people and have great conversations because we added each other as friends. The interactions I had were really enjoyable. The friend feature is really great since it allows you to stay in touch with the same people you had meaningful conversations with.
However, I think there should be more filters in place to help remove or filter out underage users and inappropriate conversations.
Michelle from Customer Support was very helpful and helped me with my account issues.

Problems with mail address
I had a very bad time when i couldnt access the app even if i bought gold membership but thanks to the staff’s efforts i regained control of my account, definitely a good-working support service!

Good app, i had issues. But they were resolved quickly.
I have had fun with emerald in the past. And when the app came out, I thought it was only gonna get better. Unfortunately, I think i messed something up in the process, and could search. Luckily everyone was a big help and fixed my issue as soon as it arised
