The support was amazing. They helped me in multiple manners very calmly and didn’t overwhelm me. The chat itself is not too bad but has a few flaws that could use fixing. Mostly the tag system because they’re not always accurate and they also lead to long wait times. Overall emerald chat had been a very positive experience so far

The support team here at emerald chat has been nothing short but the best support I’ve ever encountered! They are highly professional and they respond very quickly, they help you with all that you need and clear things up for you if needed. I’ve been on emerald for about 4 years and every time I’ve ever encountered a mod or support member or contacted support, they were friendly, helpful and just overall amazing!

Great app that brings a lot of fun

The app is pretty great, the interactions are seamless most of the time. The only thing that might need a little bit of work is the video call feature with friends, it’s not always easy to make it work, other than that my experience with it has been great and the filters and interests features are a lot of fun. There’s definitely room for improvement but it’s on the right path.

The user interface is outstanding, the connectivity is fast and not laggy. I like that you can rate and report users. The paid perks are also very good at filtering what you want

I was very confused when I joined emeraldchat.com but Michelle has enlightened me somewhat and I am ging to give it another go. Unfortunately I can’t do it tonight as I have to travel quite a long way to a hospital appointment
