Customer Service: Considerate and Fast!

This is specifically about their customer service: which is outstanding!

The website works well and fine. It is a better, more efficient omegle of sorts. But what actually impressed me was the fact that Emerald Chat has an actual working (and considerate) support team! I was having trouble with people impersonating me and when I contacted their team they handled my request with care and efficiency, promptly resolving any concerns I had while maintaining excellent communication! This is more than enough for me to actually trust whoever are the individuals behind this website.

The website is amazing. There are so many different ways of talking to people so if you don’t want to show your face, you don’t have to. The customer service is phenomenal as well. Definitely something I would invest in the furure
