The staff are amazing.

I was very confused when I joined emeraldchat.com but Michelle has enlightened me somewhat and I am ging to give it another go. Unfortunately I can’t do it tonight as I have to travel quite a long way to a hospital appointment

Nice customer service. Had quite a few concerns with payment, but thr customer service was always supportive and helped me out with it.

I had recently purchased gold and only wanted it for a month and the person that was handling my support ticket helped me out with getting my renewal cancelled, and also were able to hide my Gold badge when I asked them too. Overall they were super helpful and fast with helping as well.

Apart from the website itself, Emerald Chat has an amazing support team. One member of that team in particular, named Michelle, has gone beyond and above to help me with a payment issue. She is a real star and her support was incredible. She instantly understood my query and managed to solve it in a very timely manner. All throughout the process, she reassured me that my issue will not go unsolved which has put any concern I may have had to rest. Thank you again Michelle for your amazing help, I can never thank you enough!!!

When it comes to the website itself: Emerald Chat is a great platform that helped me meet new people and create genuine connections. If it wasn’t for my busy schedule, I would probably still use Emerald Chat very often.
