Always loved omegle and emerald chat is basically omegle 2.0 if you are looking for an omegle alternative you found it.

Customer service review

I had an Issue with extra charges in my card. I contacted Customer service to try to solve the issue. For some reason I couldnt get a refund back. But Michelle in customer service took over the case and even if I couldnt get a refund she made sure I could get benefits that agreed on so I can enjoy the service the best possible and feeling confident that the issue got solved making me feel supported by EC. Thank you for all your help.

Amazing customer service

Very helpful and quick to respond. Amazing support team. They have helped me with any issue i have had in a very reasonable time. They listen to suggestions aswell.

As for the site its a amazing experience. Lots of cool people to talk to and friends to be made. If your looking for someone to talk to give emerald chat a try!

Best alternative to Omegle

Been searching for a platform to fill the void Omegle left behind and I swear this is just the best alternative available. Others are shitty. Great interface, user-friendly and easy to use. The community guidelines are also very clear. Emerald Chat has become my go-to platform for connecting with people now.
